James is British and arrived in Australia three years ago.
He has worked alongside elite sportspeople and, after converting to Catholicism, engaged with the Church globally.
He spent three years working for the Vatican, served three cardinal archbishops of Westminster, chaired “More Than Gold” – one of the world’s largest ecumenical initiatives which served the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and until recently was head of media and communications for the Archdiocese of Perth.
James is adopted, survived childhood sexual abuse, and once lived as a gay man. He has a passion for the godly restoration of men and women.
He will be talking on approaches to sexual brokenness in the family.
