Luke and his wife, Madonna are from the Archdiocese of Brisbane, they have been married since 1999. They have a varied experience across the urban and rural church in Australia, having held various positions in church and professional organisations.
Luke originally trained as a GP, and is now an obstetrician & gynaecologist with a special interest in the Catholic medical response to infertility. He is currently working at Mater Mothers Hospital, Fertility Services, in Brisbane, Australia.
