Very Rev Dr Gerald Gleeson is currently Vicar General in the Archdiocese of Sydney. He came to this role in 2015 after many years teaching philosophy and Christian Ethics at the Catholic Institute of Sydney (CIS).
He was educated at CIS, the University of Cambridge and the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. From 2004-2014, he was Parish Priest at Summer Hill in Sydney.
