Formation Sponsorship Program 2019
The Australian Catholic Marriage and Family Council (ACMFC) has a mandate to promote sacramental marriage; the role of parents as the first educators of their children in the transmission of the faith; and the Christian family as one of the Church’s most effective agents of evangelisation.
To support this mandate the Council has established a Formation Sponsorship Program.
The Formation Sponsorship Program seeks to support the formation of individuals and couples in the Catholic vision for marriage and family and to equip them to provide practical leadership and support for this vision in the broader community.
Sponsorship Support Available
The ACMFC will provide sponsorship to interested individuals and couples which will contribute to the registration and related costs associated with attending the
Renaissance of Marriage Conference 2019.
This is an opportunity to be part of the national dialogue on marriage and relationship education for the Catholic Church in Australia.
The Conference brings together dedicated leaders, teachers, marriage educators, clergy, counsellors, and parents who are passionate about Catholic marriage and want to be part of promoting the marriage culture.
The 2019 ROM conference will take place on Friday July 26 – Saturday July 27, at the University of Notre Dame, Australia, Broadway campus.
The Application Process
Download and complete the below form for sponsorship support and submit this, along with a letter of support from your Parish Priest or local Bishop to Mrs Louise Zavone, preferably via email to [email protected]
by Tuesday 30th April 2019.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 17th May 2019.
